A lifelong resident of Northeastern Ohio, Pastor Brian accepted the role of  senior pastor at Water Church in February 2020, and was immediately faced with guiding the church through COVID. Rather than declining, the church's numbers grew and continue to do so. He is currently employed full-time as a market manager for PNC's Community Development Banking.

For nine years, he served as associate pastor at Dayspring Family Church in North Canton, Ohio, under Senior Pastor Richard L. Bennett, during which time, he also mentored teenagers in Stark County's foster care system  as they neared emancipation from the system.

With nearly 30 years in the financial services sector, Pastor Brian's previous role at PNC was as executive director for the PNC Fairfax Connection. He currently serves on the boards of the Greater Cleveland YMCA and the Children’s Defense Fund Ohio.

In addition to her role as the ministries director, overseeing the various ministries in Water Church, Pastor Cyndie also serves on the Worship Team and directs the church's 25-member choir.

Having 30 years experience in ministry, she served as a full-time senior pastor of a 300-member congregation in the Akron area. In addition to providing senior leadership, her role also includes preaching, teaching, outreach and pastoral care.

Pastor Cyndie owns and operates Painting and Such, a residential painting service, and Heart for the World, an inspirational art business.

At Water Church, Terry is invaluable, ensuring that the many services that  are available to the congregation are well-equipped. She also leads the Radiant Women’s Ministries, teaches in our Children’s Ministry and
serves as church secretary for members of the Leadership Team.

Terry retired from her position as executive secretary at Akron's Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2019, where she had worked for 34 years.

In addition to his responsibility over Water Church's physical structure, Rob serves as church treasurer and operates the audio-visual equipment for sermons and the Worship Team.

Rob has 30+ years of experience in the construction industry and currently holds the position of field operations manager for Pleasant Valley Corporation and oversees commercial property in the Akron/Cleveland area.

Serving in an administrative capacity for the church, Jon contributes to and teaches course curriculum for a weekly Sunday morning class. He also advises the leadership team in legal matters.

Jon holds a Juris Doctor and has completed MBA coursework in entrepreneurship and non-profit administration. He is a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Associates. His prior work experiences include retail development, church planting and administration, and community event planning. He co-founded Make it a Golden Christmas^TM – a charitable outreach to overlooked seniors, and has served in various leadership and training roles in the Ohio District of Royal Rangers, a mentoring and leadership-development scouting program.
